About the Programme


Are you passionate about fine art, visual storytelling, and creating memorable guest experiences?

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Guest Relations & Communications Intern to join a premier contemporary art space in Phnom Penh. In this role, you will be the face of the space; welcoming art enthusiasts, guiding visitors through exhibitions, and sharing the unique stories behind featured artists and their artworks.

Beyond guest relations, you will play an active role in our marketing and communications strategy. From crafting engaging social media content and assisting with event management to collecting campaign analytics and leveraging AI communication tools, this 6-month hands-on placement offers full immersion into the management and promotion of a modern art space.

Internship Areas


Depending on your background, interests, and organisational needs, focus within this placement includes:

  • Guest Relations & Exhibition Guided Tours (Welcoming visitors, guiding tours, artist storytelling)

  • Social Media Strategy & Content Creation (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn)

  • Email Marketing & Visitor Database Growth (Review collection, guest contact management)

  • Event Planning & Exhibition Management (Assisting with opening nights, pop-ups, and events)

  • PR & Media Liaison (Collaborating with media managers and press coverage)

  • Marketing Analytics & Administrative Support (Campaign data collection, editorial calendar updates)

Who Should Apply?


  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (at least 2 years of college completed).

  • A genuine interest in fine art and visual culture.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram) and basic marketing software.

  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Self-directed, proactive, and capable of working independently.
