About the Programme

This programme offers a high-impact, hands-on placement focused on media creation, impact storytelling, and supporting organisation’s impacts, achievements and missions to our audiences and partners. Based in Phnom Penh, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to share stories that illustrate our work and its impact, design engaging multi-channel digital content, and support strategic communications that reach regional and international audiences.

You will gain practical experience in digital publishing, weekly bulletin curation, campaign performance monitoring, and content archiving while building a multi-platform media portfolio.

Responsibilities

Depending on your background, interests, and organisational needs, focus within this placement includes:

• Impact Storytelling & Feature Writing: Researching, interviewing, and crafting narrative stories that showcase program outcomes.

• Website & Social Media Execution: Developing visual content, managing social channels, and updating digital platforms.

• Publications & Bulletins: Drafting, editing, and publishing internal communications and weekly news bulletins.

• Communications Asset Management & Analytics: Organizing digital archives and monitoring communication channel metrics and engagement data.
