Cnai Accelerator Cambodia, led by Emerging Markets Entrepreneurs (EME) in partnership with Village Capital, is a leading force in Cambodia’s growing startup ecosystem. Backed by respected development partners such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Khmer Enterprise, CAPRED, and Sasakawa Peace Foundation, the Cnai program supports early-stage, impact-driven businesses in building scalable, sustainable operations.
Over a 10-month accelerator program, Cnai provides targeted mentorship, access to funding, and deep support in investment-readiness and business development. The program is designed to drive innovation, promote gender-inclusive entrepreneurship, and deepen social and economic impact across Cambodia.
Internship Overview
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with a small but dynamic team supporting Cambodian startups and SMEs. You will gain direct exposure to real-time business development, investment-readiness training, and the challenges and opportunities of growing businesses in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of startup accelerator programs
- Assist with financial modeling and business performance analysis
- Contribute to startup mentorship and investment-readiness training
- Conduct primary research on early-stage companies and market trends
- Coordinate workshops, networking events, and mentor sessions
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- MBA candidates are encouraged to apply
Technical Skills:
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and research tools
- Experience conducting market research and business diagnostics
