Internship Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on your background and interests, you can contribute to one of the following core departments:
1. Data Analytics & Process Optimization
- Design and implement data recording systems at key stages of the BSF production process.
- Analyze collected data to optimize the conditions for egg production and larvae growth.
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement and help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Operations & Production Strategy
- Work alongside industry leaders to enhance production workflow and resource utilization.
- Develop strategies for scaling sustainable waste upcycling solutions.
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy, including website enhancement and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and attract investors.
- Assist in market research and business expansion strategies.

- Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia (On-Site & Hybrid Options)
- Stipend: $100/month
