About the Programme

This programme offers a high-impact, hands-on placement focused on resource mobilisation, and donor engagement for non-governmental and social impact initiatives. Based in Phnom Penh, you will work directly within fundraising and partnership teams to identify funding avenues, map potential donors internationally, including across Southeast Asia, and craft compelling pitch materials that drive meaningful community support.

You will gain practical experience in institutional fundraising strategy, grant tracking systems, and international stakeholder collaboration while contributing directly to sustainable development goals.

Responsibilities

Depending on your background, interests, and organisational needs, focus within this placement includes:

• Donor & Funding Research: Identifying international funding opportunities, mapping new grant sources across Southeast Asia, and building donor profiles.

• Pitch & Proposal Development: Assisting in drafting concept notes, donor briefing documents, and high-impact pitch decks.

• Campaign & Event Support: Supporting fundraising campaign execution, and strategic partnership events.

• Grant & Pipeline Management: Maintaining internal donor management systems, grant tracking databases, and partnership correspondence.
